In order to preserve the varietal charm of the dominant grape variety, 80% of the wine has been matured in stainless steel tanks. The remaining part was aged in French oak barrels for 8 months, which gives the wine additional aromatic complexity. Perfectly balanced with its delicate woody notes, this is the perfect wine to pair with grilled red meat, such as beef tenderloin with chimichurri sauce.
